Using a neuro-psychotherapeutic approach, combined with his deep knowledge, and fun, light-hearted manner, Nigel can adapt each workshop to suit your particular needs.​

Growing Authentic Behaviours  (full-day workshop)

When people are tired, busy, stressed, out of their comfort zone and under pressure, self-protective behaviours emerge.

The pressure they are feeling can be from external causes, such as a rapid change or intense pressure relating to their employment or life situation, but often– this pressure can come from within. For example, feeling out of your depth, feeling out of control, feeling insecure, or being your own worst critic.

Whatever the cause, the symptoms show up in the same behaviours– micro-management, procrastination, closed and rigid thinking, siloing and politicking, poor communication and defensiveness. All of these are harmful and costly to organisations and individuals.

Growing a way of being that is more open, flexible and authentic is the most effective strategy for long-lasting changes and improvements in these areas.

This full day, interactive workshop gives people the foundations to help manage their own responses for the better and long-term.

How to Change Your Mind and Get Rid of Destructive Habits (full-day workshop)

Habits. We all have them and for much of what we do, these unconscious shortcuts are very useful. Imagine if we had to concentrate on every individual action every time we did anything. Our conscious mind would quickly become gridlocked and exhausted.

However, habits can also be harmful – and because they are so familiar they become unconscious and automatic. Like well-worn grooves in our brains. Willpower alone is not enough. Which is why most New Year’s resolutions fail.

You need to change your mind - literally.

The first step is awareness. Once you are aware of the drivers of your habits, then you can begin to change them.

In this workshop Nigel presents practical strategies for creating self-awareness, instigating and maintaining new habits, and subsequently optimising your reactions to change.
