The Programme uses the same foundations and insights as Nigel’s Bespoke Executive Coaching Programme; however, it strips back the personalised coaching element that is so highly-sought by business clients.
Instead, the online-based Think Well Programme teaches the mental processes that help you or your team grow a mentally healthy and resilient mindset. It enables people to successfully manage the pressures of working in a challenging environment, and teaches them to thrive– to respond in open, flexible and authentic ways.
Delivered via a series of webinars, coupled with self-reflective activities, the Programme also offers an upgrade option - which includes one-to-one personal coaching for those who want additional, targeted support.
Think Well Programme (in person) The ‘in person’ version of the Think Well Programme includes the same programme content as the online version, just delivered in person – either one-on-one or to a group.
The value of the face-to-face programme delivery lies in the ability to tailor the training sessions to specific personal and organisational goals, as well as having the insight and skills of Nigel in the room to really embed the training in real time.

Bespoke Executive Coaching (in person) Typically delivered to CEOs, business owners and members of senior executive teams, the Bespoke Executive Coaching is exclusive, one-on-one coaching with Nigel.
