Nigel’s flagship program occurs over the space of 90 days, maximising the potential for clients to genuinely change their habits. The course is designed to create and perpetuate self-awareness. This produces heightened mental flexibility and from that comes the power to replace damaging habits with productive ones.

Nigel’s approach is simple to understand but requires deep insight and skill to execute. He starts by discovering who you are and how you currently deal with situations in your workplace. He listens then uses his unique knowledge, empathy and humour to help you improve what it feels like to be you.

It’s like having a personal trainer for your mental fitness. There are weekly one-on-one sessions, unlimited availability via phone and email and a confidential project blog that facilitates engagement with actual work events. You work one-on-one with Nigel, who is a master at making high concepts serve practical realities. He coaches you as you confront real situations.  Over 12 weeks, he shows you how to navigate and understand your world in a way that will transform your thinking – literally.

Ataraxy Extension

For those who want to consolidate the gains of the Ataraxy Personal Leadership Mentoring Program, Nigel offers a longer-term, lower-intensity extension course. Over six months with one-on-one meetings every fortnight, Ataraxy Extension is designed to help clients embed and extend their progress, enjoy everyday functioning at heightened levels of awareness and operate as exemplary leaders from a position of high emotional intelligence. 

Program Fees:

The 180 day Ataraxy Extension Program is $5,280 inc GST.

Flexible delivery using Skype is also available for remote clients. *
