I feel open and happy – most things don’t bother me any more
“I was feeling stressed and anxious both at work and at home. I just wanted some clarity and to be happy again.
Nigel explained why I was feeling the way I was – all the science that explains why – rather than a psychologist that just asks how you feel. I now think “it is what it is”. I now feel more open, happy to go out and do almost anything. Little things don’t bother me any more; if I can’t change things I let them go.”

Got rid of my stress – I now enjoy life
