From time-to-time, we all experience moments or periods in life where the everyday things in our world get on top of us.
This stress can seem overwhelming, generally we handle it pretty well, but sometimes it becomes hard to see what to do – we get stuck. When prolonged, we struggle to remain productive and find happiness in our day or in the small things we normally enjoy.
Right now there is so much change and uncertainty and so many people I care about are experiencing such high levels of stress that I felt compelled to help. I have decided to establish Project Think Well.

What kind of support do you need? This program group and online course has been designed to help you process what’s causing your stress, to help you think things through more clearly, and to get some traction on what to do next.

What is SSRI online? The purpose of my practice is to improve the felt experience of life. SSRI offers a little slice of just that, delivered in a way that you can learn new strategies and apply them – all in the privacy and comfort of your own home, and for a fraction of the cost of what it takes to get one-on-one coaching. This goes beyond simple (and effective) tips you can pick up from well meaning friends - “be in the moment", "just breathe”, “go for a walk.” All good advice, but it does not actually do much to help you move forward.
The SSRI goes further, teaching you the science of how stress arises, what is happening in your brain AND provides you with tools to re-think, re-arrange, clear out the noise and have a way to move forward.
Think of it a bit like personal training for mental fitness. Once you’re in, you can reuse the tools and reapply them whenever you need.
What’s included? SSRI is simple – it was designed this way because, as the science tells us, when you’re stressed, you don’t have the time or the brain space to commit to something elaborate. You need short, sharp pieces of information and the tools to move forward.
There are two sections of content:
1. Four videos, with supporting information, to help you understand what's going on in your brain when stress rises. For example:
What is it that our brains find stressful in the first place?
Why do some things stress us, while others don’t?
What's physically happening our brain at these times?
This knowledge will help you understand how we see and perceive things in life, and how to use the tools from section two to improve how you manage your stress levels.
2. Four key tools – offered as bite-sized lessons – that have delivered proven results, time-and-again, for my clients, when applied to help reduce their stress. These tools are practical, come with plenty of visuals, some reading, and some activities to help you apply them to your day. Each is designed to be used independently, allowing you to figure out which one works best for you. By the time you've finished this program, you'll understand – at a basic level – what causes stress, what goes on in your brain, and you'll have some solid, functional tools that will help you reduce your stress and get on with your day.
What does it cost? Seeking help to better manage your head space can be costly, but my goal with SSRI online was to make practical (and science-based) strategies available to everybody. It’s for this reason access to this online content is a one-off payment of $77AUD.
You will then have unlimited access to tools for a period of 12-months. You can come back, re-use and refresh your head space whenever you need to throughout that time.
